    1. Not really. The cake is a very traditional carrot cake, but cooked for a lot less time in a bundt pan. I took a cream cheese frosting and thinned it out quite a bit. The “pudding” is raisins cooked in Pedro Ximenez sherry, and pureed with some spices and “other stuff”. Nut crumble is toasted nuts with butter, sugar and spices. Candied, dried carrot is just that. Sorry if that’s not very helpful. Thanks for inquiring. Sometimes I have actual recipes, and sometimes…not so much
