A few months ago I had the video team at Falling Squares come over and shoot a video of some of my favorite dishes. I made The Street Corn Sour, Lamb’s Head Tacos, Smoked Gouda & Hot Pepper Spread, Scrapple Dip, Shrimp & Grits, Seared Scallops & Lemon Chess Pie. I hope you like the video.
