Now that the 4th of July has come and cone, I still have a decent amount of my baked beans. Boston Baked Bean Ice Cream is something that I first made15 years ago, but haven’t re-visited in a while. I modeled my recipe on Red Bean Ice Cream. Now that my ice cream making skills have improved, I thought I’d try it out again. Yes, there’s salt pork and onions in the beans, but the finished product should be delicious. Look for the recipe soon.
