Have you missed me? I hope so. I wanted to give a quick update on what’s been going on. October is my busiest month of the year, and this one has been a doozy, in a good way. I was a judge for Cochon Heritage BBQ, threw a tiki party for 150 people, was an exhibitor at the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce Expo, held a fundraiser dinner for the local food bank and went to NYC for the StarChefs International Chefs Congress. This was while still running a kitchen full time. I’ve been working on some pretty cool stuff, and hope to get some posts on here soon.
