While I want to keep this website mostly about the food I’m working on, I occasionally like to highlight some of the great restaurants that I go to. On Valentine’s Day, I went to The Source in Washington DC, which is one of our favorite places. While it’s considered a Wolfgang Puck restaurant, around here everyone knows that it’s chef Scott Drewno who’s creating the amazing food there. For Valentine’s Day they were having a dim sum brunch. We ended up getting 12 different dishes between the two of us. While it’s only February, I have a feeling that this meal will be a strong contender for my 2016 meal of the year. Here are a few of the dishes.
