Last week I had the opportunity to attend the StarChefs International Chefs Congress in Brooklyn, NY. It is by far my favorite event of the year, and I always have a great time. It is a chance to take hands-on workshops with world class chefs, attend main stage presentations, get an up close look at the newest equipment, and catch up with friends both old and new. Oh yeah…there’s a lot of eating and drinking too. This year, I also wrote a few wrap-up pieces for StarChefs and will link them up when they are on their site. In the meantime, I wanted to give a visual overview of what my 3 days there looked like.
