Wine Dinner Menu

Menu from last week’s wine dinner.

 Menu was paired with wines from Detour Winery in Detour, MD


Lobster Bisque

lobster salad, lemongrass



farmer’s cheese, tropical fruit, basil, citrus dressing


Veal Osso Bucco

whipped celeriac, spiced baby carrots,

celery leaf gremolata, charred celery oil


Coq au Vin

rigatoni, roasted crimini, chicken livers,

braised mustard, caramelized cipollini


Seafood Crêpes 

goat cheese béchamel, asparagus tips, forbidden black rice,

artichoke puree, fennel fronds, fennel oil


Chocolate Overload (Black Christmas)

coffee cake, chocolate/amaretto mousse, mexican hot chocolate soil,

chocolate/walnut powder, lingonberry jam,

strawberry port sauce


Tropical Excursion

maraschino/pineapple cake, ladyfinger/anise/coconut crumb

coconut mousse, grand marnier papaya,

mango/rum sauce, kiwi/midori sauce
