As a probiotic drink, I like kefir. It comes in some great flavors and is relatively low in fat. This season, Lifeway released a lowfat pumpkin spice flavor. Upon trying it, I thought it would bring a nice spicy tang to my desserts. I put in in the ISI with 2 charges and shot it out. It holds pretty well. You’re not getting a whipped cream or mousse texture due to the low fat content, but it adds new depth of flavor and texture to a dish without a lot of extra fat. Now I’m going to try different flavors with different fat contents. Nice to have a new set of components in my arsenal
