This week my family and I moved. While we only moved .9 miles, remaining in Frederick, Maryland, this move felt almost as challenging as moving across the country.
If packing is the tedious part, unpacking is the fun part. While it’s hard being away from my kitchen, and there’s a lot to do here, I’ll be taking full advantage of my days off.
Things that have been buried are now at the tip of my fingers. A batch of dashi and some desserts seem to be in order. What’s buried in the back of your pantry?
