I woke up this morning to find some pretty cool mail that had arrived yesterday. If you’re not familiar with Culture, it’s a magazine devoted entirely to cheese, and contains recipes, pairings etc. What excited me is that I have a recipe in the magazine which should be hitting shelves soon. While this is more common for some chefs, this was a first for me, and I wanted to share my excitement. Keep working hard, doing great things and people notice. http://www.culturecheesemag.com
