Apples to Oranges
Muddle 1 T hickory syrup (or pure maple) with fresh rosemary in a shaker. Add 1 oz Rittenhouse 100 Rye, 1 oz Laird’s Applejack, 1/2 oz Grand Marnier, 3 oz cold Apple Cider (local, unpasteurized if available) & 3 dashes Regan’s #6 Orange Bitters. Hard shake on ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with orange twist, apple slice or both. Wait for the hurricane
