It’s been a very busy week and I haven’t had a chance to do a post.  But that doesn’t mean I haven’t been thinking & experimenting.  Today I started to play with Panna Cotta.  What is it and what do we expect from it?  Does it have to be sweet or can it be savory?  Your only limitation is your imagination.  Here’s the beginning.  Sorry for the poor cell photo.  More to come.
