What is it about a Last Word? It’s a cocktail that’s made of equal parts Gin, Green Chartreuse, Lime Juice & Maraschino Cherry Liqueur. I’m a bit obsessed with this drink. Perfectly balanced, this drink was due a dessert interpretation. This is not the first time I’ve turned the drink into a dessert.
These white chocolate truffles have crumbled shortbread cookies and dried tart cherries, and are rolled in juniper/lime sugar. Stay tuned. Recipe coming soon.
