It’s interesting how we form hard-line opinions about things without wanting to ever change our stance. I see this with food. I get a lot of “I don’t eat…” Where does this come from? I’ll throw my wife out there too. She hates bread pudding. On Christmas morning she made baked French toast that could be scooped out. Sounds pretty much like bread pudding. Also, she doesn’t eat offal, yet killed a plate of scrapple with that Christmas not-bread pudding. What does it take to change someone’s preconceived notion of what they like and don’t like? As I continue to push boundaries , I’m sure I’ll find out
