New Beginnings

Welcome to my new page.  Yes, there were blogs before this.  As with journals and New Year’s resolutions, I’ve never been very good at sticking with them.  Alas, I’m willing to try it again.  So, for anyone out there, this is where I begin.

I’m a professional chef working in a kitchen.  I’ve been working in kitchens for almost 20 years now.  In addition to my day job, I’ve been working with my wife on our side business.  I am not a stay at home dad or professional blogger (not that there’s anything wrong with that). As much as I’d love to say that I’ll post something every day, I know that I won’t.  What I would like to do is share my experiences in both my home and work kitchens.  I’d love to have interesting conversations about food & culture, even if it means that we don’t share the same opinions.  I have a nice camera and I love it very much.  That being said, sometimes I will edit my photos and make them look really pretty.  Sometimes I’ll just take the pictures straight out of my camera.
